With max. pressure 160bar(16Mpa), the application of axial piston high pressure pump is wide, especially used as fire fighting pump and high pressure reverse osmosis pump.

The high-pressure piston pump is designed and manufactured based on the principle of the axial piston high pressure pump, with light weight and compact structure. At the same time, water is used as the lubricating medium for the friction parts, so there is no need to add lubricating oil. This series of pumps are postive displacement and quantitative pumps, the displacement is proportional to the rotation speed of the motor and the angle of the swash plate, the product pictures are as follows:

Typical application areas such as:

  1. Stationary/mobile hydraulic system
  2. Water-based high pressure system
  3. Fire extinguishing system
  4. Humidification and humidity control system
  5. Reverse osmosis desalination
  6. High pressure flushing system
  7. Water treatment system
  8. Road cleaning vehicles

Compared with multistage centrifugal pumps and other reciprocating pumps, water hydraulic piston pumps have significant advantages such as:
1. high efficiency, small size, low noise, and full water lubrication.
2. Suitable for high-pressure applications with low-viscosity and strong corrosive media such as seawater and fresh water
3. Provide a variety of displacement specifications to meet the needs of different working conditions
4. Pump parts are made of high-performance anti-corrosion materials and have a long working life
5. Structure design and material selection take into account the problem of self-lubrication at low viscosity, so that the product has lower vibration noise and longer working life during work
6. The pump has high volumetric and mechanical efficiency

Regarding pump noise, since high pressure plunger pumps are usually mounted on bell housings or bases, the noise level can only be determined by the complete system. Therefore, proper use of shock absorbers and mounting of the pump to the base is critical to minimizing vibration and reducing noise.
