Marine eductor in ships relies on a high-speed jet which produced by the high-pressure working flow when go through the eductor nozzle to suction the needed fluid and exchange momentum to increase the energy of the ejected fluid, thus realizing the effect of the suction and discharge.

The marine eductor’s nozzle is a smooth and sharply contracted conical tube, one side is connected with the driving water inlet pipe, and the other side is inserted into the suction pipe. The mixing chamber is connected with suction chamber and which are made up of conical throat and cylindrical pipe,The front of the expanded diffuser pipe is connected to the mixing chamber, and the rear end is connected to the discharge pipe.
